Shipping policy

1. General Information

  • All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
  • Custom Made Orders: Take approximately 8-12 weeks to produce; hence extra time for dispatch is required.
  • International Orders: Please contact us if you are outside the UK and EU to discuss shipping arrangements.
  • Free Delivery on orders over £150.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. 
Delivery times are estimated and may vary.
We do not offer Same-Day or Express Delivery at the moment; if you need your piece by a special date, please get in touch.

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees – please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect orders.

2. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost in transit, we’ll handle the hard work for you by contacting the courier service to resolve the issue and mitigate potential damages.

If the shipping address is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, Speira Jewellery will not hold any responsibility – you will be responsible for any subsequent reshipment or return costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the damage and arrange an alternative for you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
