Refund policy
1. Return Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen or you may simply change your mind, so you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days after receiving it, providing the item in an undamaged and unworn condition and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, bespoke, personalised, sale items, giveaways, and pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
The entire order amount (order + shipping costs to you) will be refunded to you after we have received the return in undamaged and unworn condition - be aware that if we receive a faulty or worn item back, the refund won't be processed.
Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs – we recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
2. Faulty Items
We're sorry if you receive a faulty Speira item.
Please contact us at hello@speira.co.uk before returning it so we can advise on the next steps.
Remember, our pieces are uniquely handcrafted and may show slight marks; if you have concerns (especially regarding ring sizes), do get in touch before purchase.
3. Sales or Bespoke Items
Items bought on sale or via our bespoke service are non-refundable.
Sale items are clearly stated on our website and can only be exchanged for another piece.
If you don't with to swap your item you may receive a store credit, as a discount code, for the purchased amount, valid for 2 months.

Remember, you are responsible for return shipping costs – we recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 10 days and should appear in your bank account within 3–10 working days.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet the conditions outlined above. In such cases, we may offer a store voucher, valid for 2 months.
If the item is lost or damaged during the return, we won't be able to process the refund and we do not hold responsibility for it.
5. Repair Policy
All our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults.
If you receive a faulty item, please email us with photos, your order number, and proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs to our repair centre.
If you wish to repair a non-faulty item or resize a ring, these costs - including shipping to our repair shop - are not covered by our warranty.
Ring resizing is not covered by the warranty, as ring sizes are clearly stated at the time of purchase. If you plan to purchase a ring and require resizing, please contact us before placing your order.
The 1-year warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Loss or accidental damage;
- Chain breakages after 1 month of purchase, as chains are subject to wear and tear from excessive pulling or accidental crushing;
- Items repaired or altered by other jewellers;
- Items not purchased from our store;
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a giveaway.
For repairs outside the warranty, please contact us with an image of the issue, your order number, and proof of purchase. The cost of repairs and shipping will be your responsibility.
6. Store Vouchers
Store vouchers may be issued when refund conditions are not met.
Vouchers must be used within 2 months and cannot be applied to "last chance to buy" or discounted items unless otherwise stated.
