Expected time
We aim to complete the piece and delivery it to your doorstep within 6-8 weeks once the request is approved. bear in mind that for certain custom-made jewellery the waiting time might be longer than expected, but we'll notify you if that's the case.

ight now, you can’t pick a specific designer (we’re working flat out to fix that!), but rest assured you’ll be in expert hands. Bear in mind that some pieces take a little longer to perfect; if yours needs extra time, we’ll let you know straight away. If you have a deadline in mind, just give us a heads‑up and we’ll do our utmost to meet it. Typically, bespoke creations take up to six weeks to craft, plus around two weeks for delivery to your door.

Currently, we don't offer the option to select a specific designer, but we're working relentlessly to make this happen! Please bear in mind that for some custom-made jewellery the waiting period may be longer than expected. We notify you if that's your case! If you have a specific date by which you need the piece, please let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline.
Please note that crafting a custom piece may take up to six weeks. Once completed, allow an additional two weeks for delivery directly to your door.
